We supply the following:

• Use of house and garden for 4.5 hours

(bride will have use of house all day)

• 50 gold chavari chairs inside

• 12 round inside tables with long white linens

• 75 white garden resin chairs outside

• 6 round outside tables with long white  linens.

• Cake Table (cake knife & server, Crystal Champagne Bucket, Champagne Glasses for toasting)

• Buffet Table (for food)

$1295 plus tax  

**Package includes 4.5 hours

**30 Minutes prior to start of wedding and 4 hours additional after that.

**Additional hours can be added

***with this package the bride gets the use of the entire house all day from 9:00 a.m. -11:00p.m.  The 4.5 hours is slated for when guests start to arrive and the reception music must end.

Chapeze House has a

*Bed and Breakfast Unit upstairs

(this unit can be rented for two nights, night before wedding and night of the wedding. This is where you and your wedding party will dress for the wedding.) $199 x 2 = $398.00 X 10.24%(40.76) = $438.76
